Our expertise extends to performing annual diesel services on fire pumps, as well as diagnostics and servicing for all makes and models of diesel, natural gas, and LP vapor liquid (spark-ignited) fire pump engines.

What We Do
Laser Shaft Alignments
We offer laser shaft alignment checks for your fire pump and driver, in accordance with NFPA guidelines. If the current coupling is not approved by Global Insurance, we can replace it with an approved coupling and perform a thorough shaft realignment to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Rotating Element Field Service
We offer some field services for rotating elements, providing on-site inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your equipment. Our experienced technicians are equipped to handle various rotating components, addressing issues such as alignment, wear, and lubrication, all while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Engine Fuel Analysis
We pride ourselves on providing various services for our customers with one of these services being expert fuel analysis of your engines. This analysis provides information about the quality of fuel used by measuring the following properties: density, viscosity, sulfur content, water content, distillation range, cloud point, pour point, flash point and the presence of contaminants. This allows for engine performance, efficiency, and life span issues to be detected early helping to prevent costly engine repairs and optimizing engine performance.
